We offer a 14 day return policy; the 14 days start from the day on which you receive your order. We will accept returned merchandise provided that it has been unopened, unused and any security seals intact.

A restocking fee of 10% of the item?s value is payable for all items returned unless the item is faulty or damaged in which case no restocking fee is payable.

Please do not send us returns without first getting an email authorisation from Skin Kandy. Please enclose a copy of the email in your return. We cannot accept returns we know nothing about.?When returning an item please use recorded delivery, we cannot process refunds or replacements for items we never received.

If you wish to return anything we must receive it within 7 days of our return authorisation being issued. Upon satisfactory receipt we will refund your credit or debit card the relevant amount less shipping and any restocking fee.

In order for us to receive products back undamaged, we recommend that you return them in the original packaging. We reserve the right to withhold a refund where inadequate packaging has been used and if the product is unfit for resale.

While we endeavour to process your refund / exchange your product as soon as possible, please allow up to 28 days for us to process this refund/exchange.

Faulty/Damaged/Incorrect Products

If you receive an item which is damaged, faulty or incorrect please contact us within 7 days via e-mail info@skinkandy.ie and we will forward you on a pre-paid label to return the product to us and we will either arrange a replacement product or refund.

It is vital that you e-mail us before returning any items, as we will not process any returns or refunds until we have had an e-mail communication informing us of the reasons why the item has been returned.
