Skin Kandy always aims for next day delivery when an order is placed before noon but due to possible processing delays, please allow 2-3 working days.

All packages are sent by registered post. This will ensure your valuable parcels don’t go missing.

Skin Kandy charges a flat rate of  €5 for postage and packaging, unless it states otherwise.

Currently, Skin Kandy only delivers products to the Republic Of Ireland. If you would like products delivered outside the ROI, please contact us via email and we will accommodate you. Incurred costs of shipping methods may apply.

Skin Kandy shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Products will be delivered to the address specified in the order. If no one is available at a residential dwelling or another address at the time of delivery, a note will be left to advising you that your order has been returned to the local delivery office and will remain there for 5 days, before being sent back to Skin Kandy.

You will be given the option on the docket to rearrange delivery to either the same address or an alternative address. There is a cost of €5 for redelivery.

Always ensure that your delivery address is correct as we cannot change it once the order has been placed. We put return labels on all packages, so if for any reason it cannot be delivered, it will be returned to Skin Kandy.

If an order is returned to Skin Kandy the customer will be contacted and advised why An Post returned it to us (usual reasons are Not Known At This Address, Incomplete Address, Not Collected). Skin Kandy will send products out again but will need to charge full postage on this. If you choose not to have the parcel sent again and request a refund we will charge a 10% restocking fee on the value of the goods and the original postage cost.

Please note, changes and errors occasionally occur. You must check the price of your chosen items at the time of placing your order. The prices on our website change from time to time due to supplier prices. Subject to the correction of errors however we guarantee that the price quoted on your order confirmation will not change unless you make an amendment to the order details.
